Law Journal: Issue 45(1)

Issue 45(1) is comprised of seven thematic and six general articles. The thematic articles discuss a breadth of topics including: the lack of regulation of on-demand road transport work; gaps in the regulatory frameworks applicable to Australian charities; how Australia’s temporary visa regime opens refugees and asylum seekers to workplace exploitation, and laws to recognise animals as sentient victims of domestic violence.
